Service Description
During this week long day camp, young artists will take part in creative expression through drawing, painting, mixed media and sculptures. They will also enjoy supervised outdoor breaks. For each day of the program, please bring: A healthy lunch and snacks that don't require heating. A refillable plastic or metal water bottle. Any necessary medication or medical equipment (such as an epi-pen). Weather-appropriate clothing like gloves, hats, boots, footwear, sweater/jacket, etc. Leave all valuable items and personal electronics at home. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Cancellation Policy
By booking or participating in any activity at Tri-Pillar Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all in-studio bookings, including workshops, classes, camps, and private events. All bookings must be made in advance through our website or studio. All participants must meet the minimum age requirements listed for each session or workshop. Every attendee must be a paid participant unless otherwise specified. Observers are not permitted. All projects are completed in studio. Materials may not be taken home to finish. Tri-Pillar Studios uses professional art materials that may stain clothing, shoes, and personal belongings, and is not responsible for damage to clothing or personal property. Please treat all staff and other participants with respect and courtesy at all times. Progress over perfection — Finished pieces will vary from studio samples or images. Each project is handmade and unique, and differences from examples are expected and not grounds for refund or credit. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 30-day studio credit. No refunds are offered. Credits cannot be issued after the class/workshop has begun. If a class or workshop must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather, or other public health emergency), participants will receive a studio credit. Refunds are not provided in these cases. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes or absences once the program has begun.
